This brand new cape provides 48 octal buffered 5V outputs from the Beaglebone Black using the Ledscape library. Recent changes allow for the output of both clock and data for use with SPI chips like that APA102 and WS2811. The outputs are configured to be directly compatible with all of the RGB-123 product line.

Additionally, the outputs are grouped into ports of 8 that can be easily connected using 20 conductor ribbon cable.

We are now offering the BeagleBone Black RevC pre-loaded with LEDscape as an option if purchased with a RGB-123 Cape
